Synopsis

The ZIN music video is a collaboration between Joost Jansen and hip-hop artist Kramer aka Jeroen Perceval. Joost Jansen's animated alter-ego “Dreamcat” plays the lead role here, exploring the caverns of being to Kramer's tight lyrics. Jeroen rhymes and Joost draws in the daily quest for meaning, ZIN is a kind of organic outgrowth of this. This personal creative urge is visible in the quality of the song and the morphing animations that are anything but ordinary, it features links to Akira, Moebius and other animation landmarks.
